Program structure
A 4-Week Virtual Certification Experience
The program combines model immersion, applied practice, feedback labs, and teach-back certification. Participants enter prepared and leave certified.
Pre-Work
Readiness and Orientation
Participants complete 3–5 hours of async pre-work: program orientation and expectations, delivery philosophy immersion, assigned model review, and facilitator readiness alignment.
Foundations and Delivery Standards
Participants build shared understanding around the intent behind each model, what strong delivery looks like, how content should and should not be taught, and how to translate material effectively across different audiences and leadership levels.
Content Application and Delivery Mechanics
Working through the models in depth. Participants practice adapting stories and examples to their audience, refining pacing and flow, and developing discussion-based delivery rather than lecture-style presentation.
Practice Lab and Teach-Back Preparation
Structured teach-back rehearsals simulate real delivery conditions. Participants receive expert coaching and targeted feedback to sharpen their delivery and build confidence ahead of the final certification evaluation.
Teach-Back Certification
Each participant completes two teach-backs: a developmental round with coaching feedback, followed by a formal certification evaluation. Certification is determined through demonstrated readiness — not attendance or completion.
