The Modules

Four Modules
One Coherent Development Arc

Each module builds on the last, creating the internal foundation that all other leadership capability rests on. No prerequisites required. Modules can also be taken individually or combined with other programs.

Module 01
Centered Leadership

Drawing on McKinsey research and collective leadership experience, participants explore leading with Purpose, Clarity, and Impact, and develop a personal roadmap for higher leadership effectiveness grounded in an honest look at where they are today.

Module 02
The Leader Within

All development begins with self-development. Participants examine the underlying beliefs about leadership that shape how they show up in their roles, and identify the behavioral habits keeping them stuck in old patterns and minimizing their impact.

Leading With Emotional Intelligence
