Meet Blake Harris, VP of Client Engagement at SparkEffect. Relationships have been at the center of Blake’s career and have drawn him to client engagement roles for many years.

He enjoys helping individuals and organizations become more effective in achieving their goals. Clients and colleagues alike depend on Blake’s strong commitment to his work and his level-headed approach to solving problems.

Prior to SparkEffect, Blake was the VP and Managing Director of Client Engagement for Waldron. He was also the Vice President of Client Solutions for Fierce Inc., a global leadership development firm specializing in helping companies build more collaborative corporate cultures. In his eight years there, Blake led new client development and account management teams while helping Fierce’s key clients create and execute large scale leadership development rollouts. He was also on the management team responsible for the organization’s strategic vision.

In his current role, he oversees business development, client engagement, and account management. He is focused on boosting growth and influence of SparkEffect’s Effective Organizations and Career Transition practices by partnering with key clients in accelerating leadership and organizational evolution. This role aligns his love of connecting with clients and his desire to impact positive change and growth.

Blake received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.

Supporting his community and giving back is especially important to Blake. He was on the Communities in Schools Board of Directors as he views education as a crucial part of social justice.

Blake lives in Seattle with his wife Caitlyn and their children, Saxon and Hutsen. In his free time, he enjoys working out, international travel, and exploring different wines from regions around the world. He also enjoys a variety of athletics and cheering on his favorite teams.
