Facilitated sessions are interactive, peer-driven, and built around real work. 2. PRACTICE
Breakout sessions and discussions are built around situations your leaders are navigating right now. That’s what makes the learning land. 3. REFLECT
This is the stage most programs skip. Most training focuses on what leaders do. SparkEffect focuses on who they’re being — because that drives everything else. About the Architect
The 16 modules were developed by Richard Mirabile, PhD, and have been field-tested over 20 years with thousands of participants across every major industry. Originally built as the foundation for internal leadership academies at companies like AMD, Cadence, and Visa, this content has been continuously refined to incorporate the latest research in leadership science.
Mirabile’s career spans Stanford (Guest Fellow, Center for Leadership Development), Heidrick & Struggles (Senior Partner, Leadership Consulting), SAP SuccessFactors (Founder and CEO of the predecessor company), Purdue University (Assistant Professor), and GTE (Director, Human Resources). 30+ years of academic grounding and field application.

What does a pilot look like?
