Cohort session 1. Participants complete the Leadership Mindset Assessment and leave with a personal behavior change plan.
Leading With Emotional Intelligence
Cohort session 2. Participants assess their EQ and identify where emotional competence is affecting their leadership impact.
Strategic Influence Skills
Cohort session 3. Participants build their stakeholder maps and practice the 6 Influence Strategies against real current challenges.
Leaders as Coaches
Cohort session 4. Participants shift from directing to coaching, building the skills that develop others and deepen accountability.
Focus & Alignment
Cohort session 5. The program closes with execution discipline, helping leaders prioritize and align their teams around what matters most.
In Person
Full-Day Kickoff: Foundations Intensive
The Leader Within and Mindset & Behavior Change delivered back-to-back in a full-day in-person session. Builds cohort trust, establishes shared language, and creates the internal foundation the rest of the program builds on.
Virtual
Leading With Emotional Intelligence
First virtual session, one month after the in-person day. Participants bring real examples from the field and apply the EQ frameworks to situations they have encountered since the kickoff.
Virtual
Strategic Influence Skills
Second virtual session. With two months of application behind them, participants engage the influence frameworks against more complex, real-world stakeholder dynamics.

Focus & Alignment
Program close. Participants reflect on behavior change over three months, apply the focus and alignment tools to their current priorities, and build a 90-day action plan for sustained application.
