Lead people through change
Not just around it
Leading Change equips leaders to guide people through disruption, manage uncertainty with confidence, and maintain momentum when the path forward isn't clear.
Book a 20-Minute ConsultFor Leaders Responsible for Keeping People Moving Through Uncertainty
Most change initiatives fail not because the strategy was wrong, but because the people side wasn't led well. This program gives leaders the frameworks, tools, and mindset to change that outcome.
The Confidence and Capability to Lead Change, Not Just Manage It
Every module in this program builds a different layer of change leadership capability, from internal mindset to strategic planning, disruptive thinking, cultural awareness, anticipatory thinking, and organizational agility.
Six Modules
One Complete Change Leadership Arc
Each module addresses a different dimension of what it takes to lead change effectively, from the internal foundation of mindset to culture, transformation planning, disruptive thinking, anticipatory leadership, and building long-term organizational agility. No prerequisites required.
Change leadership starts with the leader's own mindset. Citing 20 years of research, this session examines how a fixed vs growth orientation shapes the way leaders approach uncertainty, communicate through disruption, and model resilience for their teams.
Leading change requires the ability to think differently. This session introduces the Disruptive Thinking Continuum, exploring three levels of disruptive thinking and how leaders can develop this increasingly critical capability to challenge assumptions and see new possibilities.
Culture eats strategy for breakfast, and it eats change initiatives for lunch. Using the Culture Dig exercise, participants excavate the underlying assumptions and beliefs in their organization and examine how those cultural forces either accelerate or block transformation efforts.
This session reviews what recent examples tell us about what actually makes change initiatives succeed or fail, examines the extent to which those factors are present in current efforts, and equips leaders with a comprehensive 4-Phase Change Roadmap and tools to lead change in their organizations.
One of the most under-utilized leadership skill sets, anticipatory thinking enables leaders to see what others do not see, imagine how unexpected events might affect plans and strategies, and create readiness and adaptive mindsets for what might happen before it does.
Organizations face unprecedented levels of change, and the rate will likely continue to rise. Traditional change models are no longer enough. This session focuses on building nimbleness into systemic elements of the organization so it can keep pace with change rather than constantly catching up to it.
