Who This Is For

For Leaders Responsible for Keeping People Moving Through Uncertainty

Most change initiatives fail not because the strategy was wrong, but because the people side wasn’t led well. This program gives leaders the frameworks, tools, and mindset to change that outcome.

Directors & Senior Leaders

Leaders managing teams through restructuring, strategic shifts, or operational change who need to keep people engaged, focused, and moving forward.

VPs & C-Suite Executives

Senior leaders responsible for driving transformation initiatives at scale, where alignment, communication, and culture are as critical as the change plan itself.

Change Initiative Leaders

Leaders appointed to lead specific transformation efforts who need a comprehensive toolkit for planning, communicating, and sustaining change.

High-Potential Leaders

Leaders preparing for expanded roles in environments where navigating complexity and leading through uncertainty will be a defining part of the job.

What Leaders Walk Away With

The Confidence and Capability to Lead Change, Not Just Manage It

Every module in this program builds a different layer of change leadership capability, from internal mindset to strategic planning, disruptive thinking, cultural awareness, anticipatory thinking, and organizational agility.

A Change Leadership Mindset

The shift from managing change as a process to leading it as a human experience, understanding what people need to move through disruption successfully.

A 4-Phase Change Roadmap

A comprehensive, practical framework for planning and executing change initiatives, with tools for each phase from initiation through embedding in culture.

Disruptive Thinking Skills

The ability to challenge existing assumptions and think at multiple levels of the Disruptive Thinking Continuum, seeing new possibilities where others see only constraints.

Cultural Intelligence

An understanding of how organizational culture shapes the way change lands, and how to work with culture rather than against it during transformation.

Anticipatory Thinking Skills

The ability to see around corners, imagine how unexpected events might affect plans, and build adaptive mindsets in themselves and their teams.

Organizational Agility

The frameworks to build nimbleness into systemic elements of the organization so it can keep pace with internal and external change over time.

The Modules

Six Modules
One Complete Change Leadership Arc
