Meet Kristi Rocha, SVP of Client Services and Effective Organizations at SparkEffect.
Kristi enjoys making an impact in organizations by leveraging people power. She is a consultative business owner who excels at building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Kristi has spent over 30 years with consulting organizations, started two businesses and has a keen sense of what it takes to move the needle. She enjoys the organic nature of business and has a passion for understanding the many ways organizations structure themselves, solve people problems and create value in the market. Kristi has never met a stranger and thrives on meeting new people and learning about the innovative ways their organizations generate revenue and drive results. She is a collaborator, connector, and business owner.
Prior to becoming an invested owner of Torchiana, Kristi was the Managing Principal of Spherion Human Capital Consulting, a Fortune 1000 leadership and career coaching firm. Prior to that, she was Manager of Operations at Management Action Programs a boutique leadership development organization. After a layoff early in her career, Kristi discovered that the people development business was her calling and shifted from operations to sales to share her passion and impact more broadly.
In her current role, Kristi splits her time between managing the sales and effective organizations teams. Kristi brings over 30 years of experience as a collaborative problem solver, organization development professional, leader, and consultative sales engineer. She has built a reputation for making a significant impact on people’s careers. Helping organizations and people realize fulfill their wildest dreams is what drives her passion.
Kristi holds a MS in Organization Development from University of San Francisco and a BA in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.
She is dedicated to economic and career well-being, animal welfare and education. Kristi is currently on the East Bay SPCA board as a director and on the development committee. Previously she has held leadership roles in Tri-Valley Human Resources Association, HRExecNet, Saint Mary’s College Alumni Board of Directors, Pleasanton Unified School District Innovation and Creativity Advisory Committee, and City of Pleasanton Economic Vitality Committee. She enjoys making a community impact.
Kristi divides her time between the San Francisco Bay Area and Lake Tahoe with her husband Paul and son Tyler when he comes home from college. She is an avid golfer where she recently achieved her first hole-in-one. She also enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring nature.
