Meet Kristie Winchester, Senior Director of Client Services at SparkEffect. Kristie focuses on fostering new client relationships, serving as a conduit to companies exploring the impact of executive coaching and leadership development.

Kristie’s passion for building authentic relationships and planning empathetic and empowering career transitions makes her a valued thought-partner and sounding board for clients and colleagues alike.  As an engaging facilitator with a heart for connecting people, she is dedicated to highlighting the transformative power of networking and how it can enrich careers.

Prior to SparkEffect, Kristie was Director of Client Engagement for Torchiana. She began working at Torchiana after receiving their outplacement services. After a chance reply to a job post, she was hired as Torchiana’s San Francisco Office Manager.  She led new participant orientations and supported all engagement efforts of the sales team. Kristie then took an eight-year break from corporate life to run her own successful sales team with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She returned to Torchiana in sales and marketing and continued her journey helping many with the next step in their careers.

In her current role, Kristie is responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and organizing engaging events that foster career growth and community connections. Her creative approach to client services allows her to develop innovative strategies to meet clients’ needs and exceed their expectations

Kristie holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Multicultural Studies from Sonoma State University. She has also completed Coaching courses through Direct Selling Women’s Alliance and Advanced Leadership Training with Mary Kay Cosmetics.

Outside of work Kristie enjoys making memories with her family, hiking, running, and cycling in the beautiful and always sunny South Mountain area of Phoenix. She’s a busy Mom to Eden Rose and Ivy Gene plus two French Bulldogs.
