Meet Lynne Saiz, the SVP of People Operations and Culture at SparkEffect.
Guided by her core values, Lynne places people at the forefront of every business decision. Lynne excels in cultivating robust relationships, possesses a keen ability to listen, understand, and creatively solve problems, employing a comprehensive approach to challenges. Throughout her professional journey, Lynne has embraced a personal mission: to serve as a thought partner, advocate, confidant, and solution provider for both internal stakeholders and external clients resulting in exceptional results.
Lynne was able to bring a unique perspective in her former role at Torchiana. Her long history with the organization over the years included initially being a former client where she was a buyer of services. Later, she transitioned to a role as a career transition delivery consultant and eventually shifted to sales, driven by the transformative impact of working with a career coach. Progressing into an ownership and partnership role within the organization, she leveraged her comprehensive understanding of the business, gained from both an internal and customer perspective. This enabled her to nurture and empower the team and guide them to excellence in both delivery and execution, earning a reputation as best in the industry.
Lynne has held challenging and dynamic HR leadership roles over the years at VeriSign, Mitel Telecommunications, and Network Solutions. Her breadth of experience has been in various aspects of HR where she has run large teams responsible for global talent acquisition, people operations, and performance management.
Lynne holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Radford University in Radford, Virginia. She sits on the advisory board of the Myers-Briggs Company. She supports causes that help children, animals, and food insecurity including St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, the Jasper Animal Rescue Mission (JARM), and the Low Country Food Bank.
In her free time, Lynne enjoys spending time at the beach and exploring the Low Country with her husband Greg and dogs, Ollie and Luigi. She entertains frequently at her coastal home, where she is passionate about interior design and playing “chef” with family and friends. Lynne also loves to cheer on the Golden State Warriors and the San Francisco 49ers.
