Jaime Navarro, SVP of Revenue Operations at SparkEffect, is a results-driven executive passionate about driving scalable growth and high-performance teams. Her strategic leadership has delivered transformative results: a 68% increase in client acquisition, tenfold pipeline expansion, and 200% revenue growth through data-driven strategies and global market initiatives. Previously at Fierce, Inc., Jaime held executive roles in marketing, revenue operations, and sales, launching successful products including the best-selling Fierce Resilience. She holds an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and serves as Professor of Marketing at The Catholic University of America, mentoring future business leaders.
Kristie Winchester
Kristie Winchester, VP Client Engagement at SparkEffect, specializes in fostering client relationships and connecting companies with executive coaching and leadership development solutions. An engaging facilitator passionate about authentic connections, she helps professionals leverage networking to enrich their careers. Previously Director of Client Engagement at Torchiana—where her own career began after receiving their outplacement services—Kristie has spent years guiding career transitions.
